<p>You&#8217;ll need to wear relaxed clothing for this workshop. We will discuss the importance of good balance and equilibrium and how it impacts memory and energy. You&#8217;ll be sure to take home specific techniques to improve your brain-body connections.</p>
<p><strong><em><span style="text-decoration: underline">Improve Your Sleep &amp; Combat Snoring</span> &#8211; Saturday June 16 @ 10:00 AM</em></strong></p>
<p>Do you often wake up more tired than when you went to bed? Ever considered moving into your guest bedroom so you can get away from your partner&#8217;s snoring? Or maybe your own snoring is the problem. This workshop will discuss the importance of sleep and offer all natural suggestions for how you can improve the quality of your sleep in order to wake up more rested.</p>
